Our laboratory has just started from October, 2009.

The aim of our lab is to promote the understanding of biological systems by using modern bioinformatics technique. More specifically, we are doing gene expression analyses, protein structure analyses, protein interaction network analyses, which are briefly described in the research page. There was a huge earthquake on Mar 11, 2011. All the laboratory members were OK, but we had some damages on our building and our equipments. Some damage are shown here.
